Wrap Them in Love

BAMA BELLES BEE

There are so many pictures coming in from Alabama that they need their own page!!
(Click on the images for a larger picture.)

Joy's friend Jaudon sashed these lovely hand painted blocks that Joy and her Daughter had purchased years ago.

This is a second one that Jaudon sashed for a WTIL quilt.

Hot off the machine--Jaudon had made and donated the nine patches and Linda J assembled them Sunday.

This is a panel that Joy quilted prior to the Bee.

This was quilted by Joy prior to the weekend

Betsy sewed up another hand painted Disney Characters quilt--a bit bigger than her first. Then we had to let her go home due to the possibility of freezing rain and unsafe travel. She is finishing up a red single Irish chain at home.

This is one that Joy has quilted

This is a panel that Star sent to Joy for quilting--we called it All the Children of the World

This is the "twin" quilt that Joy did prior to the Bee. Linda has one just like it as it turns out which will be the first thing that she will practice machine quilting on.

A Rainy Day Satisfaction top that Linda did prior to the Bee

Joy's 12 year old granddaughter with the Roman Stripe quilt that she designed and sewed this weekend.

Believe it or not, Joy's first completed quilt of the weekend. She has been so busy cutting borders, binding, setting squares and triangles that she has not been at the machine as much as she would like. Finished about 2 am Saturday night.

Completed by Joy prior to the Bee

Completed by Linda at 2 am Saturday

Another ABC panel from Joy

Hot off the machine this afternoon is Betsy's Rail Fence
